If you have been to sitepoint or digital point market place, there is a trend going on where people are mostly bidding or buying websites which are having some sorts of auto pilot business. Means you buy it and forget it and the money will keep coming in.

But in this age of SEO and people fighting for search engine rankings, does that make sense. I mean its good you are on first page of google for something but if that’s site is an autopilot and you competitor wants to take your ranking, it will be pretty easy for him/her to do it.
