To be honest its sometimes better to have in house applications or tools which satisfy your exact needs. And if you are in making money online business its makes a pretty big difference if you are having your own tools to handle your business or stuff you want to do. As I have been sharing earlier that my first stint with Affiliate marketing is going on and its little/very tough to crack that first sale. Its been a week and I got around 100 clicks from 40,000 AD impressions or so. Well that beings said, nobody out of those 100 clicks bought any stuff or not even signed for anything, other wise I would have got a lead. So, I really wonder how these PPC guys make money, its gives a impressions that if you don’t begin with a decent ad campaign, making a mark in affiliate marketing can be tough.

Anyways friends my battle goes on, my target is to get atleast 2 sales in my fist ever month of affiliate marketing and till now signs are not that good but still I have 3 weeks left and plenty of work can be done in the meantime.

I mean really, if you are complete newbie in the affiliate marketing like me, i can share one important tip “Patience”. Leads and sales will come but its really hard to predict when. So, if you are used to check your adsense account everyday and see good clicks, dollars then you may find your very first affiliate marketing experience little odd/uneasy.

Atleast i find it that way, and i am trying hard to keep my cool and not to leave my confidence. So, i decided to work hard little more rather than getting down with these no sales experience, will give it my best shot. My targets are atleast 2 sales in this my very first month. Will share my updates of experience, btw i am using advertisers from cj .

I am pretty sure if you are into building backlinks for your website/blog, you must have got advice from loads of people that being in a top commentators list is the easiest way to get high quality backlinks. But most of the people forget to read the thin line which says that, the most of the high ranking blogs reset the top commentator plugin once a month, or sometimes once a week.

So, if you work hard for month to gain some links but loose all the links at once and at the same time google updates the PR, you are into pretty hard luck. It happened to me, I built great amount of backlinks through top commentators plugin and was pretty sure that in the next Google PR update my ranking will shoot up like anything. But then the month end came, all the links were reset and i lost around 50 of high PR link, which made my whole link building a disastrous experience.

Just wanted to warn in advance you, be little cautious while dealing with top commentators link. First verify how often the blog owner resets the links and then act accordingly .

I am in a process of experimenting the same thing, i mean showing lots of ads on you blog means you are giving your visitors lots and lots of reasons to get out of here. Wouldn’t it be better if they hang around for more on your website and check out your hardwork on posts etc. I certainly hope so . Moreover if you are using CPC network like adsense showing less ads means you will more buck for a click.

I would update more details on the findings next week whether it made any difference on the page views + earnings.
